Their words resonated deeply with the audience, highlighting the enduring legacy of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and the importance of remembering our roots while looking towards a brighter future.

The screening of “Mujib: The Making of a Nation” was met with great enthusiasm. Attendees were captivated by the compelling narrative that chronicled Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s pivotal role in advocating for Bengali linguistic rights and leading Bangladesh to independence. The event also served as a platform for meaningful discussions about the importance of cultural heritage and linguistic diversity. Attendees engaged in thoughtful conversations, reflecting on the film’s themes and the relevance of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s legacy in today’s interconnected world.

On February 28, 2024, the Bengal Dragons Foundation hosted a memorable event celebrating International Mother Language Day and Bangladesh’s rich history. The highlight of the evening was the special screening of the documentary film “Mujib: The Making of a Nation” at Cineworld Cinema in Cardiff. This event was part of our ongoing commitment to honour the sacrifices and achievements that led to Bangladesh’s independence.

The evening commenced with a warm welcome from Bengal Dragons Fohndation,  emphasising the significance of International Mother Language Day, celebrated annually on February 21st. This day holds a special place in the hearts of many, as it commemorates the 1952 Bengali Language Movement and the importance of preserving linguistic diversity worldwide.

Stay tuned for more updates on our upcoming initiatives. Together, we can continue to honour the past while paving the way for a brighter future. Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Bengal Dragons Foundation remains committed to hosting more events that celebrate our shared heritage and inspire future generations. We extend our thanks to everyone who attended and supported this event.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
